Individual Marathon Session

Marathon sessions are 3 hours long and are helpful for moving through EMDR material at a quicker pace. They can also be helpful for clients who are wanting more intensive therapy.

intensives

Intensives are multi-hour sessions (4-6 hours), spanning 2-3 days. Intensives are helpful for individuals interested in processing a lot of material with EMDR quickly.
